About Walkerville

Featuring panoramic views of Detroit’s skyline across the Detroit River, Walkerville is an 1890s planned city built by whisky tycoon Hiram Walker. Tasting is available at the J.P. Wiser’s Experience Centre, and diverse restaurants are set along Wyandotte Street East and Erie Street East. The Olde Walkerville Theatre offers regular live music, while Willistead Park is home to the prestigious 1906 Willistead Manor.
